Monroe County Historical Association Endowment Fund The Endowment is an essential part of the Monroe County Historical Association. This restricted fund keeps the Stroud Mansion running and supports professional salaries and capital improvements. MCHA can not function with out our Endowment; this fund ensures the future of our organization. Please consider giving to the Fund. Memorial contributions, bequests and general donations are accepted throughout the year.
